Why?

Share Your Processes with the World: Introducing Public Sharing!

Tired of clunky workarounds to share your internal processes externally?  Our new public sharing feature lets you effortlessly open up select processes to the world.

Why use it?

  • Boost Collaboration:  Seamlessly work with clients, partners, and freelancers on standardized processes.
  • Enhance Transparency:  Build trust and demonstrate accountability by showcasing your workflows.
  • Simplify Onboarding:  Provide easy access to key processes for new customers or employees.
  • Gather Feedback:  Collect valuable input on your processes from a wider audience.

 How?

When you navigate to any share option - both playbook and cards How do I assign playbooks and cards? - you will see the option to navigate to Public share.

When opening the public share tab you have the option to toggle the setting on.

Once it's toggled on you will see 3 option appear:

  1. Copy Link: Share this card with people outside of your workspace
  2. Copy embed code: Embed this card into a webpage
  3. Link expiration: Disable access to this card after a specific date

When you set a link expiration or you toggle the setting back off, the card will no longer be accessible, externally.

If the link is shared externally and your colleagues, that already have an account, and click on "Log in", will arrive at the card in Whale if they have the permissions for it. Anyone else will be able to create an account.
